Solo mining is a lottery — a whole 50 PCN block or nothing, and a small CPU can wait days. This pool pays you for the work you actually did, out of the coinbase of every block it finds.

How it pays

Scheme	PPLNS — a block pays the most recent window of work, weighted by how hard each share was
Payout	Direct from each block's coinbase. No pool wallet, no private key on the server, no withdrawal to request, and no balance an operator could walk away with
Fee	2% — taken off the block reward before anything is split
Minimum	0.00000294 PCN, the network dust limit. Below it you are skipped for that block, your shares stay in the window, and the amount goes to the other miners rather than the pool
Stratum	`pcoin.chatlab.rocks:3333` — plain TCP. There is no TLS port yet
Login	Your payout address. No registration, no worker names, no account

Things worth knowing before you start

A pool does not increase your earnings. It reduces variance. After the fee you earn slightly less on average than solo. What you buy is predictability.
Coins are locked for 100 blocks. About 17 hours at the 10-minute target; the explorer shows the current pace. That is a consensus rule, not something the pool invents — it applies to solo miners identically.
An orphaned block erases its payouts. It happens on a young network. The work was real; the block was not.
PCN is not traded on any exchange. The one way out is the wrap desk (PCN → wPCN, 250 PCN per person while it is new, 5% fee, by hand) and a small PancakeSwap pool for wPCN that follows the posted price. Treat PCN as worth nothing until a real market exists.
A pool concentrates hashrate, and on a network this small that is a real risk. The pool's share of the network is shown above, from the API, so you can check it rather than take our word — and we would rather see a second pool run by somebody else than grow this one.
